Returns Policy
Changed your mind?
At Eco Planet Shop we offer a 30-day return policy.
You’ll have 30 days to change your mind after receiving your item to request a return, refund, or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Start Your Return
To start your return, contact us at blank@ecoplanetshop.co.uk with your order number, clear images, and the reason for your return, if your return is accepted, we’ll then send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll get in touch to let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded the full amount to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to be processed, as it can take some time for your bank/credit card company to finalise the transaction.
Wrong Item(s)
We always make sure to get it right, but sometimes we might make a mistake. If your order’s wrong contact us immediately with your order number, a clear image of the incorrect item(s), and we’ll take care of the rest.
Damaged/Defective Goods
When you recieve your order, make sure to inspect it. If any items in your order are damaged or defective please contact us immediately with your order number, a clear image so that we can make it right.
Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, these include the following:
- Perishable goods (Food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (Special orders, personalised items)
- Intamate goods (Deodorant, lip balm, soap, shampoo bars)
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale Items/Gift Cards
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
