We just love this innovation at Eco Planet! Seedball was created by conservation scientists and are made using a mixture of UK-native seeds, clay, peat-free compost and chilli powder to create a protective casing against seed predators (e.g. birds and ants).

Each Seedball contains approximately 30 seeds per ball and will provide cover for one square metre in your garden or across 3 - 5 medium pots, best scattered in Spring or Autumn.

This Seedball Bird Mix Tin was created in collaboration with scientists from the Natural History Museum and includes Wildflowers that are perfect for attracting birds to our gardens. Sadly, according to the RSPB, a lack of food abundance and habitat has led to a huge decline of many common UK garden bird species.  This bird mix is designed to feed the birds for you!  The careful selection of plants will boost the food supply for birds such as bluetits, chaffinches, goldfinches, robins, starlings and greenfinches. The flowers attract the insects birds feed on but they will also feed on the plants and seeds too.
