This facial oil from Lyonsleaf has been created for use at night time.  It is the perfect companion to the Lyonsleaf Beauty Balm, which you would use in the daytime.

Marshmallow takes centre stage!  Macerated Marshmallow Oil makes up a huge 50% of this product.  Marshmallow rejuvenates, is an anti ager, it improves the cells abilities to hold moisture so it promotes plumper skin.  It helps to repair dry, tired and damaged skin.

The light and easily absorbed oil is packed with a range of fatty acids that boosts the skin's lipid content.  This then supports the skin barrier which helps in retaining more moisture.

Large amounts of linoliec fatty acid come from the included Rosehip Oil and Borage Oil - this is an essential fatty acid that your body can't make itself.  These oils also contain gamma linolenic acid (GLA).  GLA is made in the body by linoliec acid but this is often a problem for people with skin conditions like eczema.  

It is these fatty acids which makes this facial oil unsuitable for day time use.  They are essential for skin barrier but because they are not sun stable, they will oxidise in the sun and create free radicals. 

Lyonsleaf's home grown Calendula extract is also present in this Facial Oil.  It has been formulated for facial use but can also be used on dry hands, feet, elbows.

Only Essential Oils have been added to this oil to create a light, woody, floral scent.
